CARE is non-profit organization with a goal of helping establish or otherwise improve effective means of solution in minimizing the increasing population of stray dogs and cats in the Philippines by implementing spay and neuter and responsible pet ownership awareness to the community in the most humane way, all for the welfare of the animals, the humans, and the environment.
